It's Metrolink a commuter rail service from Los Angeles to Ventura, San Bernardino, Ventura, Riverside, And Antelope Valley. It's located in California in the USA. Pronounced Metro- Link

I know right I took a trip to LA one time via the Metolink and the train was an hour late leaving cause the engine was having problems eventually they just had another locomotive take over and pulled the one we were supposed to go on into service

You can only spawn trains in train sim world 4 by using free roam mode. To spawn a train press the TAB key on pc or the left dpad arrow on console.
