Mr Muffin Trains yes, Stanier never intend them for speed, even when they reached 114 miles an hour, it was extremely dangerous and the train almost derailed. The streamlining was put on to make them look more impressive

Duchess of Sutherland again, but I want you to have Duchess of Sutherland painted in LMS postwar black at 104% power and you to drive Duchess of Hamilton painted BR blue without her streamlining this time. As you drive Duchess of Hamilton, make sure the PSI is high enough to make her go faster and faster.

Not only do I like Duchess of Hamilton when she’s not streamlined, but I also like her in either LMS postwar black or BR green. The BR red looks very nice on Duchess of Hamilton but it’s getting kind of ordinary to me. What’s really ordinary is Duchess of Hamilton streamlined and painted LMS red with gold stripes.

You are aware that that casing is I think it's 14 tons heavier than on the duches of sutherland so that is top speed bottom acceleration but that is why if you think you know who wins
