Yep, this gets the Minermen "Seal of Approval" The old man is the one who pointed out the fan noise was very pronounced and how it sounds cab interior vs exterior. You picked up on that so I am telling you now. Also, and again per the old man instructions for take off: Notch one, once you see the ties moving, slap it into 8, your on a schedule! UTS put the time in, were responsive, did the changes, and added their own special touches. It shows! So call it what it is .. .fan-tast-ic!

One more thing since I'm blabbin. Regarding the HEP switch. 1. no HEP switch in the cab, you always have to turn it on from the Engine. 2. There is no HEP 'key'. This was my idea that the user must always manually, toggle from standby to HEP. We, at one point, had all of the control panel switches operational, I wanted to force you guys to switch everything on to get the unit to work. But alas, that got borked and put aside. Once DTM puts up the official patch, this project which I started in the summer of 2018 will be done and done.

Mmm GEs should not have the reverser whirr sound. That was an EMD only thing. GE uses electro-pneumatic contactors for the reverser

Dont forget to tic the asset. Go to the small blue box, and in the flyout do DTM, then ELNJDOT. For the time being, you will have to make your own consist for QC, that will get fixed by DTM. And remember the cab car always faces East!

Im going to say ...restart steam, go into a test route or a reallly simple one so ypur not fighting stuff loading. Go into editor, check the Dtm folder for the Njt u34ch then do the Elnjdot. Click the engine icon, then find the elnjdot in the dropdown. And click the track. Now you may have done this already I'm just making sure. I'm presuming that you're able to access it in editor before The sound patch.

If you never tried loading an editor before I recommend deleting the elndot folder And then restart steam this will cause a fresh download to occur. If this fixes it it was a bad load. Well I have not had the specific issue I have redownloaded the unit before to make sure it was clean I did this before loading the sound mod
