All those announcements by Karen are automatic, how can Karen be at Waverly, Queen St, Central at the same time? impossible, so they are all auto.

I was told by someone that although for the most part they are automated if there is a delay or cancellation then its 'LIVE'. I understand that she is based in Paisley and can announce any updates at any time, although I cannot confirm that.
