Union Pacific King you have to replace the sound file and then change the config accordingly

Union Pacific King go into the resource pack, find the sound ogg file you want to replace and the find a WAV OR MP4 file use an online converter to turn it into an ogg and then replace it but you also have to make sure the config is correct for the stock. Also use winrar
