Great vid! I feel as though social media has increased the desire of flashy basketball. This has even trickled into training and coaching as evidenced by this video. Simplicity and simulating live game play throughout drills and training will yield the best results. Repetition and maximizing reps will also enhance training. Great Channel do you coach?

I think those glasses are “blind glasses.” They go from completely dark so you can’t see to slightly visible. It’s like you’re going from can’t see to can see slightly
