Loved the amv ❤❤❤❤❤ to fit the amv imma give you advice to become peak break yourself mentally, physically, everyway every day, every night, tbis won't be easy you will get 3 hours of rest but if you want to learn something you will master it like a pro wanna become jacked don't do 5 push ups do 200 weighted armor, 200 sit ups, 200 squats, all wearing weighted armor eat 4 meals a day but none before that is my entire routine if I'm being honest 200 squats, push ups, and sit ups, lifting a 100 pound dumbbell 30 times running 1 mile beating on a punching bag for 1 hour 30 minutes and punching a living maple tree for 200 punches 100 per hand all in weighted gear and wearing bandages to protect my hands when i beat on the punching bag and tree (this isn't a troll comment this is actually my routine)
