thanks for the nutrition and training tips . I feel like im held to a higher expectation than the other guys that I race with since im the only person in Louisiana racing a trx250r . I started racing at 13 on my 250r now im 34 and just got back into racing in 2018 from a 10 year brake and im struggling super hard with arm pump . I don't get to ride much mostly on race day . so now with joels advise im going to be hitting the rowing machine a lot . thanks again yall

what about for us mid 20 guys that live in NY and can’t ride everyday? at the gym more calisthenics? or muscle building? or a mixture of both? also if you had to choose between going to the gym or trail riding as your off season practice which would you choose? thanks

Thanks for the advices ! It helps a lot ! Have you some advices for someone who only can training at weekend and in the week only workout at evenings ? Thank you we are going to figure out some shirts! Workout when you can if it’s only 30 minutes a day. Staying active while not on the quad is good

Honda actually pays pretty good contingency to most classes at the national series and our team has factory Honda support. Also I love Honda’s they are the best machine I’ve ever rode.
