Look up the program couch the half marathon. It can get you there in 12 weeks. But you can expedite it if you push it by sticking to rest days and push your medium runs

If you're really committed you can absolutely run a half in February. I (old, little legs and former fatty) started running this year and finished my first half 4 weeks ago. Running is so much fun! Yesterday during my 10 mile training listened to S.A.S.S. and time flew by!

I haaated running. And since my friend convinced me to run Prospect Park 10 years ago.. I ran just for myself for years, sometimes with my dog. Then I did Spartans and after that the first HM.. I said thats enough.. and after many other HM.. I trained for the marathon.. and this year I ran my 3rd Marathon also 1st Major in Berlin.. :D You are amazing just for tha fact that you run, time does not matter! One thing matters only: if you will actually train for HM make sure you have the proper shoes! :)

I used to have a cat named Snickers that looks exactly like Stevie same link the first same color pattern everything and I miss her so so much unfortunately she and her sister both passed within a couple weeks of each other they were very old cats that my husband and my rescued and they were such lovely little cuddle bugs and I miss him so much seeing Stevie reminds me of Snickers and it makes me smile every time Love you guys
