The drone footage is awesome! Well, all of the viewpoints actually. 😊 Also, I noticed when you were getting ready at the venue Estrid was eating and eating. Such a change from her beginning, she's figured a lot of things out hahaha! 😍

Congratulations on the trophy!! There will never be another SuperTissy, but she's shaping up to be a SuperEstrid!! 🤞 You must be so proud! Love the footage, and the training info. Saving for future reference. What an incredible facility.

Another great video! Love the drone footage-that was great seeing the course from above. And Estrid is becoming an endurance pony superstar!

One of your best vlogs ! I love all the technical details. How to get a stronger core. How to have a lower heart rate. It is truly fascinating. Thank you ❤

Look at that pony stand so well at the trailer! Enjoy the multi angle views as well. Thank you for explaining your training routine, I am a runner and understand the schedule but had no idea what it was for endurance. Thanks for yet, another great video!

Same! I'm an ultra runner with a 3 year old I'm planning on trying endurance with in a few years. It's fascinating how similar ultras and endurance are!

Hello. You said at the beginning that you do a long hack every two weeks. How many km/miles are we talking. Thank you for all the info. You're invaluable to our training. Much appreciated. Sending sun from Spain.

Hey, it can be anything from 20-30km depending on the terrain x

Well done on your win! Question, when you are racing, how long/how far are your trot/canter periods?
@bethendurance2 ай бұрын
It really depends on the course, some will allow almost all canter with just slowing down for turns some there will be only a couple of minutes x
