that pluck sound took almost 6 hours to figure out but i'm really proud of how it turned out (its called we do a little FM synthesis)

What do you think Templar used to make it in the original?
@essengerbionicle10 ай бұрын
@@Chronicler177 probably just found a cool preset in a soundbank or tweaked one. but it was definitely either a synth or sampled from a synth. you can get really organic sounds with FM modulation

Theres a special soundtrack from MNOG for me called "a walk in the jungle", it has the classic bionicle mistery vibes, but i've never found and HQ version of it or an extended one that gaves extra seconds of just the vocals (like the version used by emily animations), but i'll let it up to you to check the song and see what do you think about it
@VezonWireless9 ай бұрын
I have the full length track for the in-game Le-Wahi music on my channel, including several minutes of just the vocals at the end. It certainly could benefit from Essenger's remastering, but this is probably the best recording you'll find for now.

I'm currently trying to translate the whole game into german and play it every once in a while, to check if it works and sometimes just for fun. I think I only finished the game once, because the whole "train so you have a slight chance of winning" was always way too annoying for me XD I know there is some mechanic behind this with the levels being high enough to win easily, but man I always forget how much you have to grind for this game. Sorry for the rambling about old memories, you did great a job XD
@Draezeth10 ай бұрын
It already exists in German though

@@Draezeth Really? Where? Never found it. The first MNOG exists in both german and english, but not MNOG II
@justsomeguy562810 ай бұрын
The levels are supposed to be 10 or 100 times the value(I forget which). If you modify the value, it becomes kinda possible(though still really hard), and you can't even grind enough to get there, as after like 10 times in an unmodified version, you just stop being able to catch up to the Takea, no matter how many air bladders you use.
@bestshadow658510 ай бұрын
@@justsomeguy5628 yeah I'm not even sure anymore how I beat the game back then, coul be that I modified the values maybe, but can't remember. I only remembered I actually trained a lot
@justsomeguy562810 ай бұрын
@@bestshadow6585 I know! I feel like I got really far into the game, long before finding out how to modify values. Maybe I just didn't beat a lot of the matches, but was still able to move on?
