Thank you for the video. I am practicing with some of my friends by ourself. All of us are beginners and we don't know how to practice efficiently. This video is really helpful for us. If possible, could you please make a video about how to organize an efficient training session? Beginners without any coach like us sometimes don't know how to arrange our training. We usually just practice topspin for a while then play some matches

I always wondered if top level players could "watch" (in thousandths of a second) the opponent's body language to narrow down the places where the balls could go. // According to the coaches I asked, they told me that they were acting ONLY by probabilities. // Does anyone know if there are exercises to visualize the adversary's body language and act accordingly?

Thank You for sharing the secrets of champions ...work work work ! According your experience : what % of success is due to the equipment ? Would i play better with a $400 usd combo than mine costing $50 usd ...i am an intermediate senior playing to keep in good shape...dreaming to become champion (for my age category).

Thanks for your video! Training like them is not necessary, most of the viewers have no intention to join CNT, playing is just for fun.
