I am so glad that you tried out Kaige's training schedule man! It looks like it worked and having a strong structure like that really makes you think deeper about how, when and where to progress. I'd say try wrap dub swing on airtrack in the next vlog :)

I assume he fits in injury prevention exercises and general conditioning. For me i do occasional conditioning when i feel like it (not nearly enough) and a few weight lifting sessions a week
