Training M172 - M3.4 Download application from EcoStruxure Machine Expert HVAC
Explanation related to the different ways to download an application from the software:
•Via Ethernet
•Via Usb Cable
•Via Usb Stick (you must have a CREDEN file to be able to do it in newer firmwares)
The software EcoStruxure Machine Expert HVAC (former SoMachine HVAC) is Free, the customer needs to have an account in our License Portal in order to register it:

Thanks a lot. In my controller, there is no CREDEN file regarding USB stick. Please help to get it.

I believe the CREDEN is the file that should be in the usb so the PLC can compare. This is one is created in the software when we create the usb files.

Hi there! It could that the ports are not disable or your first download was via usb stick then you can try to use that password used.

Hi there! Check on the video that the problem could be that the tcp port 502 is disabled so you can use the mini usb to change it or using the webserver.
