Hi Hichem! Those questions will be cover on the module m6.2 cloning application on 11th November. It will depend if the application is protected for you too cloning. When you clone with the sd it copies the application and you can “install” it in another plc (same reference).

Thank you for this tutorial! We are starting to use SDs to log data and it's very useful. I have a question, does it save those backup files up to filling the entire SD card or it makes only one datalog and one backup, each max 500kB?

Hi there! Good question, i tried a long time ago…and i believe you must have a unique file of 500kb max per datalog

If you can test it will be great 😅

Thanks a lot ! It seems doesn't work for me but it was useful for my investigation. For a reason that I'm looking for, I don't have any word to save (%S92 is at 0) and no error by %SW147...

Hi Guillaume! Try to check the value of the %90 (should be in true) so you can enable the SD to save the data with the %S92 then something should come up on the %SW147. During the process check the %SW7: Bit 2 - It is set to 1 if SD card is present. Bit 3 - It is set to 1 if SD card is being accessed. Bit 5 - It is set to 1 if SD card is in error.

@@LeTomasAHUMADA Hi Leandro, many thanks for your answer. I did a test yesterday. So I followed you procedure and had a look at the log file on the SD card. The procedure was sold by a success. %Sw147 was at 1 for few seconds and %Sw7 indicated that the card is present, access when writing and no error. The variables are on the SD card, the log says "there is no post configuration" (no trouble for this) and "the log area is empty"... That's why %S92 is at 0. But I don't understand why the log area is empty because my variables are available under usr/mem.
