Hey Brad, quick question, i’m heading to fitness street this week, will be there for a month and a half. Saw a post where a guy got staph/ringworm/and dengue fever while at Tiger! How common is staph/ringworm and any tips to avoid? I do boxing and bjj right now, is training bjj there worth the risk or should I focus on striking, might be safer? Thank you!

It can happen at any gym. Shower after every class (Tiger has a few cold showers scattered around - I used them after every BJJ class). It's common - it's just the nature of hundreds of people training, sweating, etc. Wear a rash guard and don't roll with anyone that has exposed cuts/sores etc. Get travel insurance!
