Hello, the controller was used at my home since more than a decade now. But the tank cleaning agency people always make mess with sensors and it’s connected wire used to break and create problems in sensors. So decided to understand it before I could change to float switches. Your explanation is very good and I can now make relevant changes in controllers used in sump as well as overhead tank. Only few things in your explanation were confusing. Request to consider them. 1. The output relay contacts arrangement (changeover) shall be shown in de-energised condition as standard convention on the side wall of product. 2. The standard convention of NO and NC are when they are not activated. Explaining ‘NO gets closed’ or ‘NC opens’ when the sesor is activated will make more relevant. The term Normally Open or Normally closed are always referred to de-energised or not activated conditions. In all, your explanation on product configuration, operation and safety are excellent.

Excelent explanation sir. Meraku niche tank me municipal water full karake upper 6 th floor ko dusara motor se uper bejatha hai. Meraku niche tank water motor chalu boneka badme niche tank me water kali hogayatu pump band hona agar niche pani nahito motor jal jata hai isliye meraku kysa connection karana bayaw ji. Yes it does work.. here we r using same way... but thats true that contactor switching will b frequent. Probe sensor arrangement is better.

Sir, This is controling circuit of 415 v and if controling is 220 then we can use single phase for controling.
