I LOVE the Move Away from Centerline pass. THIS is the key to teaching good passing. That's it. It's the single skill that clearly separates kids at clubs between 2's and 3's teams. The athletic ability to move quickly OUT of the way of the ball. Passing in the midline is not the end-all, be-all. Just get the sweet spot to the ball, with an angle. That's it. Not enough coaches know how to teach it unfortunately.
