1) 4 sets of 20s max distance run / 40s static rest
2' rest
2) 6 sets of 40 to 60m (Go and back so 80-120m) + 3 Down&Up : Rest 25s
2' rest
3) 4 sets of 40s On / 20s Off : T-run and Sablier
