First day in Monaco and look whom I met on training - EGAN BERNAL!
It was really a pleasure to ride with him, and really cool that he showed me new roads in this area. His form is on high level, looks like his finally in old shape after nasty crash in 2022. So I can only wish him good luck in this season. @INEOSGrenadiers should proud of having such a good rider in their team!

Egan looks smooth. I saw the HR go to 180, heard the tires squeak as you wrestled the bike, shifting gears trying to find something better, the labored breathing. The sign you are on borrowed time. Been there done that. 😂 Nice riding.

Ive ridden with Egan a few hill rides. Dude is super chill and good ambassador for cycling. 1000%. Get a lighter bike brother. Rim brake tarmac with some shallow section wheels and turbo cotton tires. You will keep up even longer.

The sampling frequency of the power data is crazy high, which device created it - Shimano power meter presumably but how did it get into the video feed?
