It is amazing how Jackie Chan stopped the fading away of the traditional martial arts and mixed matrial arts and acrobatics in his and our culture and made it desirable for many young people from all over the world want to learn to discipline themsleves and learn martail arts to better themselves and get into a great phyiscal shape as well as become happier with their prowess. Jealous and happy for yah! I've always wanted to further my stunt training back in H.S. and hopefully someday be a professional stuntman. Life took me a different route which I'm also happy with but very cool to see someone as you so passionate in loving what you do. Thumbs Andy! Keep it up and hopefully get to see you in movies! excellent video! and so fun to watch cuz I've actually BEEN there! So I can see it happening in my mind's eye. Would love to hear more about what it was like - the people you met. The lifestyle of those who train there, etc. When we went in 2019 (600 Jackie Chan fans on a 5 day tour he paid for in conjunction with his International Action Film festival in Datong) - the training center was mostly empty of people. All in Datong I suppose. AMAZING place!!!

Seriously Andy, your skills (along with your buddies) are second to none! We need someone to lead the next wave of youngsters who will set a new standard for martial arts movies! Most of our classic kungfu heroes are either retired or have left us but I believe with the right people, producers and a bit of luck, we can see something extraordinary. Andy! I am in need of your advice. I am currently training in China, and learning the 2nd Staff form, but unfortunately the staffs/sticks we use can't handle the slamming movements on the stone floor. Would you be able to recommend a high quality staff I can buy that will survive the constant slamming? If so, though I know you guys aren't based in China, would you happen to know where in China I might be able to get hold of one? You're a huge inspiration!
