What a nice surprise to wake up to and what a cool experience to meet Kohei! Even if you say you're feeling tired, you're still looking strong and ready to take on the world! Keep being awesome!

Willpower and dedication! Being able to push your GO!NOW!-switch that deliberately is a hell of a mental skill and hard to achieve! Interesting room and color change thoughts. Glad you made it out of the basement again. Floor looked so strong. Wish you a great time with Chris &Co. Nice extras: legend Uchimura and Grimm's music ;)

Kohei likes training in Australia because the weather makes it easier for him to train intensely with his joints and muscles being more loose in the warm weather rather than the cold, he talked about it in Japanese television

Being able to perform better by putting yourself in an angry (fight or flee) place makes perfect sense. We usually get angry when there’s a threat of some sort. Which pumps adrenaline into our systems and that adrenaline enhances physical performance and mental focus. There’s other hormones involved too, that’s just my very simple understanding of the situation. I think feeling down after an adrenaline rush, especially a prolonged one, is normal too as the breakdown products of those stress hormones aren’t that good for us. I bet there are foods you can eat and things that you can do to reduce the adverse consequences of tapping into a more aggressive mindset. (Just some thoughts from the peanut gallery.)

'My new album'? What? You have an album? Has it been a secret? Or do I need to take my computer off Mute? I've never seen you advertise it. Well let's change that. Just because you say 'Fuck' a lot. The Music needs it's own KZbin channel for the Music Videos you're going to make.

You just never know what's in the mind of a competitive athlete in training...never know what "room" their in...or what color it is! I'm glad you've come up with a mental technique that works for you! Keep Kill'n it!

I have not heard of this particular visualization process before and I feel a little . . . hmm, can't think of an English word that is both precise and accurate, maybe one of those multisyllabic German words would work to describe my reaction to your strikingly intimate and vulnerably honest revelations at the beginning of the vlog. Suffice it to say that I'm (a weenie) more comfortable and familiar with Bram-who-makes-fun-of-himself: "I'm on the couch today!" On the other hand, such moments as you describe at the beginning seem to have passed into a feeling of accomplishment and the vlog that started out on such a raw note ends differently. All respect, Bram Verhofstad, you can sure roll with the punches. Thanks, I think, for letting us all roll with you.
