I met these brohers and their team in 2015 when I started working in Detroit's automotive industry. They and their team are the nicest and most encouraging ambasitors of this sport you could meet. I use to go to group runs 3-4 days a week when I was in town! Go Team. I was cheering for you at the trials today. P.s. I ran sub-3 and eventually sub 2:55 following their method.
