2. Load the data
3. Create all the Indexes
Master data -- not more than 1000
b. Select Only Required Columns
c. Avoid Asynchronous transformations
d. Try to reduce Blocking/Semi blocking transformations.

If you drop and re create indexes you will end long execution where most of time consumes for drop and recreation indexes.
