Well Done. They are beautiful models. I have collected and operated LGB since 1984 here in the USA. My collection is close to 400 pieces of rolling stock and about 35 locomotives and also have several of the LGB-Aster Engines. My recommendation going for forward would be bring to out models of 20th Century Railroads. I model the 1930-1940's era which allows me to correctly incorporate both Steam and Diesel engines in operation. I would be much more likely to buy pieces from this era. I have many friends into G scale and we all model in this era. I am hoping that LGB increases their offerings for the American market as I have been disappointed in recent years in what they have made available. I do believe that LGB quality is exceptional and look forward to an expanded catalogue.

LGB design has come a very long way since they dressed a stainz up like a western locomotive *hugs his original western stainz* If I didn't already spend enough on upgrading my vintange 80s/90s LGB, I'd love to have this. Bravo, LGB, Bravo.

I’ve seen these in person and they are absolutely beautiful but and I mean BUT $6000 plus is a bit much. Of course that is pocket change to many but I think it is a bit much. All said beautiful work and quality.

Plastic models exist but they are not as durable as LGB. If you have $10k they are totally excellent value in handcrafted metal models because you have two iconic locos.
