Dear Himanshu, 13005 is one of my favorite train. It was 5 UP Howrah Amritsar maii in 60's and 70's. I use to watch it every day in thre evening, when it was passing from Railway Station Pitambarpur, near Barielly, where my father was Railway Station Master. I usually travelled in this train from Lucknow to Moradabad. Your video has broght back my memories of the young age. Now, I am 73 and living in England. With best wishes

I once had the chance to Travel in HWH Amritsar Express.. Not the main train.. 13010..which had now been discontinued, it had 105 stoppages then.. It was a Hell of a Journey.. In 3AC coach and Definitely, it ended up getting on time to Howrah.. Dot 03:40 Was the time.. I still remembered the same.. It was a Great journey seriously.

My grandfather used to be the station master of a big railway station near Howrah, and we heard lot of rail stories that included this train -- known as the Punjub Mail back then. According to the stories, he used to come home after 9th down was through.

Recently travelled in asansol Ahmedabad express in sleeper class with confirmed ticket and literally yaar 80 seat capacity Wale coach me 250 log and aur aisa feel hua ki meri khud ki hi ticket waiting me hai aur TC and RPF bhi koi action nahi le rahe the literally sabhi train ke sleeper class ki yahi kahani hai aur railway kuch karta bhi nahi hai

sleeper class is not more than general coach ... its better remove the sleeper class price and make it to general price, as you need to struggle to get and maintain your own reserve seat.. as most of time 2-3x crowd entered in sleeper class without reserve ticket or general ticket.
