This was not windshear, Windshear requires an automatic TOGA thrust setting at whatever altitude on approach, they continued. Just a few bumps thats all.

God, I don't like flying and if that happened to be I'd be terrified out my mind, was there a warning by the pilots or crew?

The audio quality is suffering. What happened? Is it a KZbin thing, or are you using a completely different camera? I loved the binaural audio quality, because it's better on the ears. It's like binocular vision, (if I may use that comparison). I actually got that comparison from someone who could see and became blind as an adult after suffering a stroke. It helped me a lot, as I've been trying to describe how important the audio quality is along with the visual quality. Otherwise, wow! I don't think I'd have enjoyed that approach, but it's better when you're sitting up front than it is in the rear of the aircraft.
