Both your Coleraine and Belfast Lanyon Place videos have been excellent. I live in Belfast so its good to see a UK person filming my countries trains. Looking forward to your GVS video, thanks Matthew.

So your question of the day and yes I have researched it and on a Sunday the last train to leave Belfast is at 1905 and arrives into Connolly Dublin at 2115 and I was about to say about the 111 loco that sounds like a 66/67 as they both have the same engine which sounds nice.

Correct!

The Class 3000s have MAN D2876 engines which are the same engines being used for the Class 769s. I'm guessing they have hydraulic transmissions, anyone know...?

Why does the class 111 sounds the same as class 66 and 67 and the f59 phi locomotive which is in America?
@KTVTransport5 жыл бұрын
It's actually the Class 201, unsure as to why but it's a nice reminder of what is back at home.

youre incorrect about translink, Translink run all the public transport in Northern Ireland, so Northern Ireland railways comes under the translink umbrella, so does Ulsterbus (bus service outside of Belfast) metro (bus service in Belfast) Glider (East to west express bus in Belfast ) Ulsterbus goldliner (express bus to and from major towns and cities in Northern Ireland including cross border services ) and entrerprise the cross border railway service operated Jointly by Irish rail and Northern Ireland railways to and from Dublin connolly

9:00 that 111 sounded a lot like a 66, why can't they just borrow trains from England why do they have to make their own ugly trains? Great video Kieran!
