probably evening, i don’t think passenger trains run from 3/4am, they usually start around 5/6 ish, i know rail freights start at 3/4am so it might be 9/10pm in the evening this was filmed

if you pause at 6:17 and zoom in to the board you’ll see it says 18:**:** so i think it was 6pm before the clocks changed
