class 221 is my fav train the london to chester line is part of my childhood with the virgin 221 and i will be heart broken to see these trains get taken off this line i love the big windows and the better first class seats

Yeah it’s a shame that there leaving Avanti west coast because it’s 2 younger sisters are taking over it’s side but I’m excited for them to come at least the 221s are not being scrapped because they not even that old they are only 21 years old because they started service in 2002 good thing though that there moving to cross country to run along side with its other sister the class 220 and moving to grand central
