The Atos Origin system definitely seems to be set up differently to usual. The non-service recorded announcements are preceded with the live announcement chime for some reason. Can't hear any bell sounds that you mentioned before service announcements however...?

@@KTVTransport I'm so happy Transport for Wales have kept her, at least for the time being! (I'm not sure whether the announcement voices will change when the LCD departure screens are installed). While she has retired from recording anything new that's long (which is why Glyn did the English parts/versions of the ATW thank you and TfW Welcome on Board announcements, I smiled when I heard her "Transport for Wales" TOC name :)
