4:51 is 801204 on that service. I think the reason why they cannot go to Kings Cross is engineering works. The answer is: the TPE class 802s only calls at Morpeth but not Alnmouth, Berwick Upon Tweed or Dunbar.

Great station; love the passing trains. Will definitely try to fit this one in on one of my trips up to Scotland. Answer to your question is Morpeth (I don't believe they stop elsewhere between Edinburgh and Newcastle)

Class 380s sound just like 350s, I mean aside from the alarm noise ,

This is what makes the ECML great, trains going through like the clappers. TPE stop at Morpeth. Occasionally Berwick or Dunbar. TPE go through on diesel due to the OHLE not being capable of supporting more electric trains.
