This was my childhood! I remember watching these while animating in PowerPoint. All these years later now... still animating in PowerPoint haha (though much improved over the years). Would love to make a tribute animation for this series, which is what I was going to do until the mad lad started re-mastering the old ones AND making new ones! I'm actually having a lot of fun rolling through the frames looking at your techniques. Definitely de-mystified the animations into something I feel like I can actually accomplish (assuming I have the artistic talent you do, which I very-much do not haha). Thank you for kindling my love of animation, thank you or making my childhood, and thank you for fighting back against the Fun Police and giving us something new to see in the series :D

Thank you for the kind words, and welcome back. I actually started animating in PowerPoint as well - waaay back in the dark ages of 1998. The transition to Adobe (previously Macromedia) Flash was relatively easy for me due to my PowerPoint experience. All that to say, I'd highly encourage you to give it a shot. It's currently called Adobe Animate, and is much easier to pick up than it used to be. If I can do it, anyone can. 😂

this video is actually pretty sad because it holds the memory of my dog that sadly passed away. her name was esmay and i was in the car watching this when my parents took her inside the hospital. she had cancer and she didnt show any signs until then. it basically tore through her organs somehow, and she died that night, this gives me flashbacks to that night and me endlessly crying about her.
