Having both CSX & Conrail locals, plus the occasional GT freight did make Lansing a good spot for cabooses in those days.

Glad you liked it. I can't remember if we know the TSBY was running that afternoon, or just got lucky. I do remember that the roads were pretty snow covered, so it was tough to get a couple of shots.
