Nope, don't ever do that, because I worked at a car wash before and we'd have a few frequent customers (mainly seniors) and if you cleaned every little nook and cranny, they'd tip you very generously. If I remember my hourly wage was around $9 (this is was early 2000s), sometimes I'd get a $20 or even $50 tip. I had a boss that would get PISSED, so I tried to keep that on the down low. He was all about speed, he wanted people in out and as fast as possible.
