If they were TRC versions it would be pretty simple, ATLS versions are more time consuming

It's kind of sad that Norfolk Southern Retired their ex Conrail dash 8s and SD80macs I honestly wished that I could have caught one in person correct if I'm wrong but I think as of 2020 the Dash 8s and the SD80MACS have been retired all though I don't know if it was all of them or just some of them
