Trainz 2019 TRC Crossings Download Station Search

Hey, Im a new fan and I wonder if is there anyway I can get railroad crossings on the Steam app because I bought Trainz Sim 2019 at Steam. Also I thought to get TRC was to download by the store web of Trainz.

Not sure never used it from steam bought directly from auran site
