Well...I don't know. This was an in-built asset for Trainz 2019.

I'm gonna guess those coaches are Steel Heavyweight Coach, marked as "Built-In, Payware," but I could be wrong. It's the same tone of red, but the coaches I saw have spots all over them that probably supposed to look like screws or bolts. I found that coach as part of the KSC2 - Steam Excursion. EDIT: Yes. I can confirm. They ARE!!! I found them. Those are the Steel Heavyweight Coaches. Apparently, I just can't see the bolts on the ones in your video.
