What's the difference between the 1986 hinton crash and the 2018 Cayce, SC crash.

The Hinton one was caused by the CN crew being kinda asleep and the engineer may had a medical emergency since he had some problems in the past The 2018 SC wreck was a switch being left in the wrong position.

@@RustyRail-Productions maybe you could add the Wallan Train Derailment (it occurred in Wallan, Victoria when a XPT en route from Sydney to Melbourne derailed while going at high speed, luckily not killing any passengers but killed the driver and conductor)
