0:26 do this crowd knows the rules how to approach to trams on the stop with road traffic? when tram stops and open the doors only after that you can approach to get on tram - if tram not stopped with open doors - cars still can go through stop and hit anyone

Usually on that road cars are very rare and now, during the constructions there is no way for cars at all. Do not worry about people, they know rules how to get on trams.

Sure, they don't. Passengers are allowed to step on the street only when tram doors are open.
