It’s hilarious how many people remember this song in particular. It reminds me of being in high school and playing golf in the 90’s. I’d always check out the weather to see if I could get out and play 9 holes…and this song was like always on TWC.

Back in the summer of 2011 television stations across Japan switched off their analog signals. The notices that were aired on the analog signals between noon and midnight on July 24 contained music on most stations, with the exception of all stations in Kochi prefecture and most stations in Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Nagano, Aomori, Iwate, and Miyagi prefectures to name a few. The latter two prefectures along with Fukushima had their digital switchover delayed to March 31, 2012.

People say this is the song that always played during the blizzard of 1996, it's a noreaster and I'm listening to this song. I remember that blizzard Jersey City, NJ got 3 feet of snow, I was still 13 years old I turned 14 in April of that year. School was closed for a week. I wonder if we're going to get a blizzard like that again or worse.
