This is wonderful, my Mam Eileen Cummins (nee) Halligan R.I.P. It was her birthday a few weeks ago. lived on Queens street from the 30's to mid 50's when she got married and told me many of these stories, and it was lovely to see my late Aunt Delores O'Sullivan God rest her soul

Great stuff! Only found this film by chance today and had to watch it in full straight away. Great record to have of Tramore and very nicely produced, filmed and edited. Thanks.

This just came up in my KZbin feed by pure chance after recently looking at some tramore videos. Im from Liverpool and visited the place in 1980 with my brother and sister and mum and dad. I was 14/15 at the time. Dad took us to look up his uncle Paddy Power, who he knew once lived on an old blacksmiths farm. My dad asked the taxi driver if he knew where paddy power lived. The driver replied There’s about ten Paddy Powers around here, has he got a nickname? My dad said Paddy Buck Power. Driver replies, I know him and took us straight there. We spent a lovely day there and we were shown all around the old original farm and buildings. Great memories and I still have the photos 44 years later.

A great watch. I may be long gone but I knew about just about everybody in the documentary and of those they spoke about. See you next summer Michael or should I say Dykel lol. Have been doing the yearly trek M4 and home for decades but I think I am finally running out of time and health. Fingers crossed.
