Correct this is about rebound and you have to have power to maximixe the recoil of the equipment, it is notiicable that since the devolopment of the sprung floors and beams that womens artistic is exactly that today,as opposed to the girls artistic we had 20 to 30 years. ago .

Well this obviously isn't traditional gymnastics if you haven't noticed this is called TnT ten times more difficult than artistics If you knew anything about gymnastics you would no this.
