Both growing up in the area and being the very last person to cross the old tram square it's sad for me that it's gone, but the new station is definitely an improvement and the upgrade was definitely needed.

Hi mark I just wanted to tell you that I have been to the new glenhuntly station and I loved watching the tram’s going above the trains at the new tram stop at the station and I also film some trains stopping at the new station as well and really like how you did lots of video’s on the updates each day at glenhuntly cheers

Great to see that station rebuilt and the tram crossing gone. However, I'm surprised they didn't take the opportunity to build station entrances on both sides of Glenhuntly road (like at Ormond). I know it's not a wide road, but anytime you can make seamless mode transfers, you should.

The grade separation will help trams, trains and road vehicles achieve a higher average speed and increased safety.

the new tramp stop is definately an upgrade from the previous one like how the tram tracks are lowerd for convenience
