1.) its funny how fascinated you were by "retro line" No. 23 - in this line ONLY are the oldest trams, without any modernisation - and you were going one stop only there and back, there and back and there and back between Malostranská and Malostranské náměstí... Its turistic line - the main purpose is to take tourists to to the Prague castle. This line has to take u back to 1970´s... 2.) Both names - Anděl cross road / Smíchov - one area- one street - is one of the most frequented tram spot in Prague - office, shopping and huge cinemas area. 3) fun fact - the newest trams - in this video lines No. 9 and 22 - produced by Czech company Škoda Transportation should be produced from gold - the price per ONE tram was more than 4 000 000 USD. ( 90 000 000 CZK around 7 years ago) - actually there are NOT any golden parts in the tram.... 4.) the metro station in the video - line A, station Náměstí Míru (the square of peace) is the deepest metro station in Prague 5.) Trojský most (Troja bridge) in the video was another "money hole" - every Prague citizen - including babies and infants - had to pay from its taxes 1000 CZK (40 EUR) - Prague has 1,3 mil inhabitants 6.) interresting fact - Prague tram network is 2nd longest in the EU/ 3rd in the world - after Moscow and Budapest - but imagine Budapest has double population, Moscow has 10x more inhabitants.. (many new extentions and new lines are under construction or planned) 7.) in the video is seen in Anděl also - the only one in video - the second newest type of tram - just the back - in silver color - designed by Porsche - very unpopular among Prague people
