@@YouToubeLiive exactly my point you cannot train like this and expect to defend yourself, it's pure nonsense from 2 masters who have never trained in any effective way.How do I know this?17 YRS ITF tkd with the same group as these masters and subsequent 10 yrs udo, boxing and mma experience both training and competing .I was still doing TKD at this time and could see the vast deficits in the ITF syllabus.

@@YouToubeLiive 1st degree since 1988,I never graded after that due to increasing disillusionment with the style until 2005 when I finished TKD.
