Because he was given a second chance and he rise from dead on the 3 rd day and he knew there was no turning back when he joined the group..but after sometime he realised he couldn't escape from them and the only way he could do that is death. But he was given a second chance though the docter confirmed he wouldnt survive....he thought he wouldnt see nazriya but he finally met her in amsterdam..means somebody is guiding him ...and he is in a trance state .. meaning confused state whether god exist or not...because he survived every obstacle and escaped from the dirty hands of the big organization..though it is almost impossible to break away from a powerful network like that...circumstances and situations guided him and saved him. He dont know whom he should thank...God or destiny?

That female humming part is so haunting, like a depressing lullaby. Maybe it's fahad fasil's memory of his mother singing that to him and in trance state he is having flashbacks of his traumatic childhood. I can't even imagine living such a life, without family, with no friends, with nothing but a hope that tomorrow wd be better.
