Mattias Eriksson quick question ... are you running the OEM rear and front springs or did you upgrade. I’m 100kgs and reading the specification for these bikes the spring rating is set up for an 85kg rider ... your thoughts would be appreciated specially on how your bike performs off road if you are running OEM springs. Thanks!!

@@paulhill1666 i run on the originals. In the front bike has two steps more of preload to use. Rear has alot more preload to use from standard settings. I'm 100Kg plus riding gear and packing. Mattias Eriksson looking forward to that Husqvarna museum visit. Sweden has produced some of the great MX riders like Nilsson, Lundin, Tibblin, Hallman, Aberg all on the mighty Husky. I saw the great Hakan Carlqvist ride here in Sydney when he was the world champ. Lots of foreign viewers will be keen to watch and it gives you another excuse to get out on the 790

Yes, this is a interesting history. Carlqvist was crazy 😂, remember him from the youth. Later it was more to follow Anders Eriksson on enduro . I have like 160Km's to Huskvarna from Trollhättan the normal car route, the 790R must be the Long Way to Huskvarna thru the forest tracks. 😂👍. Thanks John, much appreciated! I have the Motoz RallZ Tube Less. It looks like Motoz offers the most aggressive tires the fits this bike with stock rims and are TL. Really happy with these tires. Great grip on all surfaces, even wet tarmac. Actually surprised with the grip and I'm coming from having used knobs and enduro tires only last 15 years on adv bikes. The wear resistant is known to be great on the Motoz, that's why the grip surprises. I will go for RallZ again if no other brand comes up with something new.

Beautiful as usual, It’s interesting when you talked about the navigator, the roads are longer than they are wide so the most logical should be to have in portrait mode it like you have. We are used to see the navigator in landscape position . The most interesting is that if you where using your mobile phone as a navigator probably fewer people would react if you have it in portrait position because that’s how most of us is used to see our mobile. I guess that if you used your mobile as a navigator and had it in landscape position someone should reacted and maybe asked you way you have the mobile in that position.
@Braapncamp4 жыл бұрын
Haha, probably! Great to have the option, for typical touring it is actually better presentation in landscape mode. But i have always liked the vertical/portrait mode when throttle on at gravel and forest roads. The faster and more focused riding it gets, the more important is your choice of set up. Thanks Joones!
