Trans Europ Express - Mistral 69 and CC6500 on the layout

Finally a French train is running on the left! If you think about it, Germany and North America are the big exceptions to the rest of the world with right hand running. Glad your videos are recogniziing this!

Belgian trains run on the left, too...

Not all of France runs on the left, trains in Alsace and Moselle follow German practice and run on the right. The Paris métro also runs on the right! Oh and Spain also has right-hand running, with the exception of the Madrid métro which runs on the left! I live quite close to the French/Spanish frontier and to the massive crossover which allows TGV and AVE trains to make the change from left to right and vice-versa at full speed before entering the tunnel through the Albères mountains which marks the frontier.

In Spain we also mainly run on the right. Only few parts on the north trains run on the left.
