Thanks, I didn't realise there was a difference between natural and artifical trans fats. Now, I don't need to worry about dairy products.

Dr. Ekberg, Thank you for everything, I am IR and currently prescribed to take metformin everyday. After I joining your program, I have now decided to fast in order to reverse my condition. I am on OMAD, this makes me feel better. My question is, can I stop taking the metformin tablet or I should continue with the metformin! Thank you for your intervention

So how does one repair or reverse the damage that trans fats have done to the cell membrane? Or is it a matter of just trying to mitigate any further damage?

I just heard the other day on KZbin a vegan doctor cite the presence of trans fats in meat as a reason not to eat meat.
